Troy Joe Clark, 68, of Muskogee entered his heavenly home on January 18, 2021. He was born on February 17, 1952 in Bakersfield, CA to Faye and Dewey Clark. Troy joined the US Army in October 1970, serving in Vietnam, ending his tour of service in October 1976. He worked in construction for several years. He was also an entrepreneur, with his well-known ice cream truck and his fun snow cone van. Due to a service-connected disability he was forced to retire. He enjoyed spending his retired time with his multitude of family, playing games on his phone, watching every series he could find on TV and reading his “phone book”. He loved his God, country, but most of all, he loved his amazing family.
