Dusty Andrew Ross, Webbers Falls resident, was born May 8, 1954 in Muskogee the son of Virgil Ross and Jewell Horne Hall. He passed from this life on December 4, 2020. He was 66.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday December 9, 2020 at Green Valley Baptist Church in Webbers Falls with Pastor Andy Webb officiating. Interment will be in the Ross Family Cemetery. Services are under the care and direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home.
Dusty grew up in Webbers Falls and graduated from High School there. He continued living in Webbers Falls for most of his life. He was married to Terry Ruth Clay on December 9, 1972 in Webbers Falls.
He was a truck driver who worked as a “Bull Hauler” hauling cattle. His family would describe him as a jack of all trades and master of none. He always had a smile on his face but also had a big ornery streak. He loved horses and in years past was a steer wrestler. He mainly loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Surviving are his wife Terry, of the home; three sons, Dexter Ross and wife Gena, Ron Ross and wife Missy both of Webbers Falls, and Rocky Ross and wife Tamra of Henryetta; 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; his mother Jewell Horne Hall; three sisters Sandy Swearingen, Jeanie Coffman and Stormie Brassfield; three brothers Todd Ross, Jeff Ross and Chris Ross and his step mother Jerry Ross. He was preceded in death by his father, step-father John Horne and a step brother Bob Horne.
