Ramona LaReen Armstrong was born October 7, 1941 in Clinton, OK the daughter of Jesse Vasquez and Oleta (Fox) Foth. She passed from this life to her Heavenly Home on October 9, 2020 in Tulsa.
She was quite the prankster and was famous for her 'Oreo Cookie Dirt Cake'. She loved breaking in new members to the family by serving up her 'Dirt Cake' in a ceramic flower pot with an artificial flower, then giving tastes of what looked like potting soil to the younger grand babies, and watching the reactions of the new family members. This was a family tradition that brought lots of laughter for many years. Ramona was married to William Armstrong on October 29, 2011.
She was the most loving and compassionate mother to her daughters and their families, plus she was the best 'Grandma Ona' to her grandkids and great-grandkids, she loved spending time with her family.
Ramona was the most Godly woman her family has ever known, and her passion in life was to tell others about Jesus and salvation. She always said, 'All I have to do is plant the seed, and God will take it from here" She planted many seeds in her lifetime, resulting in many friends, family and even strangers finding Jesus.
She is loved and will be missed by many.
