Opal Jessie Clay was born December 24, 1933 in Checotah, OK the daughter of Alfred King and Martha Elizabeth (Overby) Morris. She passed from this life on February 24, 2020. She was 86.

Opal was married to Donald Ray Clay on August 10, 1960. She was a homemaker who loved taking care of her home and family. She enjoyed working in her garden and spending time with her grandchildren. Opal was longtime member of the Assemblies of God.
Opal is survived by her husband Don of the home; children Linda Aker and husband Walter of Green Ridge, MO, Pam Allison (Kusler) of Warner and Don Clay Jr. of Warner; grandchildren Holly and husband John, Nathan, Nicholas and wife Amanda, Dustin, Joshua, Haylee and Andrew; great grandchildren Elizabeth and husband Shelby, Emily, Tyler, Jayce, Arriyana, Heath, Kate, Coy and Genesis; great great grandchild Rosalina; special nieces Opal Owens and Debbie Woodward. She was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings Clifford Morris, Sheridan Morris, Elmer Morris, Lear Parsons and Ava Talley.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday February 28, 2020 at First Assembly of God in Warner with Rev. Kenneth Clay officiaiting. Interment will follow at Warner Memorial Cemetery in Warner under the direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home of Muskogee. Casketbearers will be Nicholas Kusler, Dustin Kusler, Joshua Kusler, Nathan Aker, Andrew Clay and Chad Morris. Viewing will be Thursday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
