Bobbie Dean Mullins, 83, of Webbers Falls, Oklahoma, went to be with the Lord on April 18, 2019. Bobbie was born on September 17, 1935 to Jim D. and Jessie Carter.

Bobbie was born, raised, and built her home in Webbers Falls. She spent her life as a home maker. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Bobbie was a devout Christian and attended Heavenly Hope Church in Porum, Oklahoma. She had a beautiful soul and a smile that would light up the room. She is loved by many and will be missed dearly by all.
Bobbie is preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Willodean, Christine, and Melvina Carter; four brothers, Harvey, Charlie, Cleo, and Eual “Bully” Carter; daughter, Carolyn Woodard and granddaughter, Megan Ritchey.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories, her husband, the love of her life, W.T. “Bill” Mullins Jr.; two daughters, Jessica Wann, Donna Melton; one son, Bill Pearce and wife Beverly; two siblings, James Carter and wife Mary, Lena Risley; six grandchildren, Jennifer Barker and husband James, Amie Perry and husband Brent, Clinton Mullins, Aaron Melton and wife Amanda, Natalie Morton and husband, Ethan, and Bobby Wann; fifteen great-grandchildren, Hayden, Hunter, Jacob, Christian, Zachary, Zadie, Gabriel, Gunner, Dalton, KaraLyn, MaLeah, Jesse, Carter, Corie, and Ransom.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Monday, April 22 at the First Assembly of God of Webbers Falls, Oklahoma, under the direction of Lescher Millsap Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Gum Springs Cemetery in Webbers Falls. Pallbearers will be Bill Pearce, Aaron Melton, Bobby Wann, Ethan Morton, Zachary Perry, and Brent Perry. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ted Muskrat, Clinton Mullins, Jacob Howard, Christian Howard, Hayden Pearce, Hunter Pearce, Gabriel Mullins, Gunner Mullins, Dalton Ritchey, Jesse Lee Melton, Carter Webb, and Ransom Morton.
