LANA LEANN LATTY-SNYDER
1971 - 2018
Lana Leann Snyder, 46, of Tahlequah, OK, was born September 30, 1971 at Muskogee, OK, the daughter of Gary and Roberta “Bobby” Latty and died Monday, March 26, 2018 near Tahlequah.
On February 14, 2015 Lana married Nick Allen Snyder in Tahlequah, OK, where they made their home. Lana was a massage therapist and area youth coordinator for “Operation Christmas Child”. She was a member of New Life Church where she and her beloved husband served as Youth Pastors. Having a servant’s heart and deep love for the Lord, she was always willing to take kids into her home where she loved and provided for them.
Survivors include her father and Bonus Mom, Gary and Julia Latty, of Tahlequah; husband, Nick, of the home; children, Jyssica Snyder, Jarrick Snyder and wife, Brittany, Miki Mathews and husband, Nick Earnest, Jaymi Mathews all of Tahlequah, and John Ross Mathews of the home; grandchildren, Alyssa, Patrick, Chris, and Kamri; sister, Larista Haney and husband, Chris, of Tahlequah; nephews and nieces, Mason, Kyle, Keerston, and Kristen; uncles and aunts, Jimmy and Chris Houston of Ardmore, Jerry and Carolyn Latty of Tahlequah; special cousins, Sherri Houston and Jamie Houston.; numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Bobby Jean; maternal and paternal grandparents.
Viewing for Lana will be Friday, March 30, and Saturday, March 31, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. There will be no viewing on Easter Sunday as Lana and family would want you to be in church that day. The family will greet friends starting at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at the funeral home. Services for Lana will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 2, 2018 at New Life Church in Tahlequah, OK, with Apostle Garland Thomas officiating. The Priesthood Motorcycle Ministry will serve as pallbearers. Burial will be in Hendricks Cemetery under the direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Service of Fort Gibson.
